Acción de tutela en contra del DANE para proteger los derechos de las personas con discapacidad
Por razones fiscales y presupuestales el DANE decidió hace pocas semanas excluir del nuevo Censo de Población y Vivienda del 2018 las cuatro preguntas sobre discapacidad que se tenía proyectado aplicar.
Ante esta posible vulneración de derechos el Laboratorio de Derechos Económicos, Sociales y Culturales (DescLAB) en alianza con algunos representantes del Consejo Nacional de Discapacidad interpuso el pasado 21 de diciembre una acción de tutela urgente en contra del DANE, para proteger los derechos fundamentales de más de tres millones de personas con discapacidad.
Esta tutela viene acompañada por un movimiento en redes sociales #CuéntanosParaQueContemos con el que se espera potenciar la divulgación de esta situación y del impacto de esta acción legal.
