Nuevo decreto de Minhacienda busca incentivar la inclusión laboral de las personas con discapacidad
Departamento Nacional de Planeación y el Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público socializaron el pasado 26 de febrero el decreto 392 que ofrece incentivos en procesos de Contratación en favor de personas con discapacidad.
De acuerdo con el decreto se otorgará un puntaje adicional en los procesos de licitaciones públicas y concursos de méritos, para aquellos proponentes que en su nómina tengan trabajadores con discapacidad.
“Para incentivar el sistema de preferencias a favor de las personas con discapacidad, las entidades estatales deberán otorgar el uno por ciento (1%) del total de los puntos establecidos en el pliego de condiciones, a los proponentes que acrediten la vinculación de trabajadores con discapacidad en su planta de personal.” Dice el decreto.
